All TAKO MATS, whether custom or predesigned, are made to order right here in Australia. That means every mat is freshly pressed, stitched, and packed just for you and we aim to get your custom gear to you fast and safely.

Production Time
All custom and predesigned mats are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Timeframes

• Australia: 3–5 business days (standard tracked shipping)

• International: Shipping times vary depending on your location and local postal services

All parcels come with tracking, so you can keep an eye on things from the moment they leave our hands.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You can use our shipping calculator before purchasing to get an estimate.

Additional Notes

• We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but we’ll do what we can to help if something goes missing.

• Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll need to charge a re-shipping fee.
